Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set forth the rights, obligations and responsibilities between TodayMall (hereafter the "Company") and users with respect to the e-commerce services the Company provides.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site" refers to the virtual storefront set up by the Company to provide goods or services to users.
- "User" refers to both members and non-members who access the site and receive the services the Company provides under these terms.
Article 3 (Display and Explanation of Terms)
The Company posts these terms on the site so that users can readily understand their content.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
- Provision of product information and conclusion of purchase contracts
- Shipping and logistics services
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
Users may register as members through the procedures determined by the Company.
Article 6 (Purchase Request)
Users select a product on the site and enter payment information to request a purchase.
Article 7 (Formation of Contract)
The contract is formed at the moment the Company's acceptance reaches the user.
Article 8 (Payment Methods)
- Credit card / bank transfer / virtual account / points / coupons
Article 9 (Refunds and Cancellations)
Refunds and cancellations follow the Act on E-commerce and the Company's policies.
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
License Policy
The Company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this service. Users may use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, transmission, or modification of content; unauthorized use of product images and detail pages; reverse engineering, decompilation, or tampering; data scraping via automated programs (crawlers, etc.); and any conduct that disrupts normal service operation are prohibited. All rights to the service and content belong to the Company or rightful holders; some open-source software may be included and its license terms take precedence where applicable.
Copyright Policy
The copyright of all content included in the service (text, images, videos, logos, UI/UX designs, product information, etc.) belongs to the Company or to third parties holding valid rights. Users may use the service for personal purposes, but unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of content; unauthorized use of product images and detail pages; and abnormal access are prohibited. The app must be downloaded through official stores, and tampering, reverse engineering, or decompilation may be restricted under applicable laws.
